Flat Rate Shipping:
We offer flat rate shipping for your convenience on all orders... no matter how much you order! Order as much as you like for the same shipping price.
- United States: Standard Shipping only $8.00 (8-12 day delivery)
- Priority Mail Upgrade: $10.00 (5-7 day delivery)
- FedEx 2Day (US): $12.00 money back guarantee suspended by FedEx
- Canada: FedEx rates start at $30.00
- Europe & Beyond: FedEx rates start at $34.00
Orders received by 2:00 pm (M-F Eastern Time) are typically shipped the same day. We ship from the beautiful Charlotte, North Carolina area.
Shipping rates are subject to change.
Orders containing liquids or flammable items require special labeling and surface transportation only. For example, Nickel Solution® and Nickel Alert® require special labeling and have taken up to 12 business days for domestic delivery.
International Orders:
We use FedEx shipping only.
We have discontinued using US Mail to ship internationally due to rate hikes, service slow downs and extended time in customs The cost was only $1-2 different and your product will arrive in several days versus several weeks.
International customers are responsible for any and all customs charges.
To save time and additional expense, we recommend purchasing from our amazing distributors.
Expedited Shipping Service:
We also offer expedited domestic shipping through FedEx. If you select an expedited delivery method, you will be provided with the associated costs during checkout. Please note the FedEx deadline is 2:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) for shipping the same day.
As of October 1, 2021 FedEx has suspended it's money back guarantee for some delivery methods and will no longer issue refunds for shipping delays. For this reason, we are not able to refund shipping fees for delayed shipments.
Returns and Exchanges:
To save you time and money, please use our helpful belt sizing information to assure that you order the correctly sized belt. We will gladly exchange any belt that doesn't fit properly and is in re-sellable/unused condition; however, you will be responsible for all shipping charges to return the product to us. Typically, the most reasonable shipping method for returns to us is USPS First Class Mail. The following outlines our shipping charges for the exchanged product being shipped back to you:
If you return items from an order that qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the reimbursement amount, unless the remaining order total still qualifies for the free shipping promotion.

United States addresses: Standard fee is $9.00
International: We will use the same shipping service you selected for your original order and bill accordingly.
