Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

We like our products and we hope you do, too! We want to make it fast and simple for you to exchange or return any item.

Your packing slip has important information that will accelerate the return, so hold on to that piece of paper until you're confident of your purchase. No Return Authorization is required! Just ship the product back and, by completing the back side of the packing slip, let us know what you need – refund or exchange for another product or size.

We accept all unused products for returns and exchanges within 45 days of purchase. Original shipping is not refundable.
  • Please carefully try on the belt.
  • Before fastening the buckle, insure the belt is a good fit to avoid wear marks.
  • Belts with wear marks are NOT returnable.
Our goal is to have all exchanges and returns processed within 2 days of receipt.

To save you time and money, please use our helpful belt sizing information to assure that you order the correctly sized belt. We will gladly exchange any belt that doesn't fit properly*; however, you will be responsible for all related shipping charges to return products to us. Typically, the most reasonable shipping method for returns to us is USPS First Class Mail. The following outlines our shipping charges for the exchanged product being shipped back to you:

Exchange Shipping Rates:

United States: Exchange shipping will be $9.00
International: Service and rate from the original order will be used.

 

If you return items from an order that qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the reimbursement amount, unless the remaining order total still qualifies for the free shipping promotion.


*Belts returned in used condition are subject to a re-strapping fee, so please use care. Belts in "used" condition cannot be returned or exchanged. Please try on the belt carefully. Do not engage the pin/buckle until you know the belt is a proper fit.

Our products are Certified Nickel Free™ or Certified Nickel Safe™ and we stand behind our unconditional guarantee that they will never test positive for nickel.
