All Certified Nickel Free products come with the unconditional lifetime guarantee to never test positive for nickel.  Should you ever have a concern with a nickel allergic reaction, please contact us at Sales@AthenaAllergy.com.  

 Signature Series Titanium Products Lifetime Guarantee

Athena Allergy guarantees the Signature Series Lifetime Guarantee Titanium Products for life! These products are guaranteed to never break or fail in any manner for as long as you own the product.

Only Signature Series Lifetime Guarantee Titanium Products are covered by this lifetime guarantee. See the following sections for guarantee information on all our other products.

At company discretion, Athena Allergy will replace or repair a faulty Signature Series Lifetime Guarantee Titanium product.

 Signature Series Three-Year Guarantee

Athena Allergy guarantees some carbon fiber belts and a few titanium belts for a three year period. These products are guaranteed to not break or fail in any manner for that three-year period.

Should one of these belts fail during the guarantee period, Athena Allergy will replace or repair that belt.

  One Year Product Guarantee

A few of our carbon fiber belts and titanium belts are guaranteed for one year against breakage or defects. Should one of these products fail during that one year period of time, the product will be repaired or replaced at company discretion.

Six Month Product Guarantee

Our Nickel Smart®  zinc products are guaranteed for six months of normal wear. While zinc is ideal as a metal with low allergenicity, it is less durable than some other metals.  Should one of these products fail during that six month period of time, the product will be repaired or replaced at company discretion.

Three Month Product Guarantee

Some of our products are guaranteed for three months of normal wear. Should one of these products fail during that three month period of time, it will either be repaired or replaced at company discretion. 

PLEASE NOTE:

• Questions about a guarantee? The catalog listing for each belt notes the guarantee for that particular product.  
• Big and Tall sizes:  The handcrafted genuine leather Big and Tall Belts are custom made. There is an additional charge for these extra large belts that is not refundable if the belt is returned or exchanged. 
•  Belts altered by customer will void any warranty.  If an extra hole is needed, Athena Allergy, Inc. will do so at no charge.  The customer would be responsible for shipping only.  Hole size and location greatly impact buckle durability, please leave this to the Athena Allergy belt gurus! 
• Normal Wear and Tear: Wear and tear is not a warranty item.
• Intended Use: Belts should be purchased with the intended use in mind, i.e. work, dress, or casual wear. Titanium and stainless buckles are very durable while carbon fiber should not be purchased as a work belt. If you'd like a recommendation, please contact us - we are always happy to help! 
• Buckles: Hole size and positioning are critical to buckle longevity. Most buckles require a size 6 hole, our hook buckles require a size 4 hole. Wear and tear on buckles is out of our control and not covered by warranty.
